WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CHILDRENS YOGA?

There are many benefits to children practicing yoga, a few of these are: 

  • Improved focus, deeper concentration and memory

  • Encourages a healthy body and mind

  • Helps manage stress with various breathing techniques

  • Boosts confidence and self esteem

  • Increases body awareness, balance and co-ordination

DO YOU DO SCHOOL OR NURSERY VISITS?

YES! I already visit many schools and nurseries around North Northumberland and The Scottish Borders. If you would like me to visit your child's school or if you work in a school and would like to know more, please get in touch. I'd love to reach more children and introduce it to more schools.
