Private classes held in Berwick Parish Church Tuesday to Thursday and at bend breath become, Kirkcaldy Fife on Fridays. Classes held during school term times.
Various age groups from 2 to 14 years.

Holiday Events

Easter, Summer and Halloween are a few of the holidays where we hold special events and workshops.

Our most popular workshop being a 3 hour event where we enjoy yoga, snack and a mindful craft for ages 5+years.

For toddlers, we hold a session to include their grown ups, 1.5hrs of yoga, crafts and yummy snacks for both adult and toddler.
